Der ehemalige „Stamser Wirt“ bzw. das ehemalige Gasthaus „Speckbacher“ in der Wirtsgasse Nr.1 ist heute ein Teil des Schigymnasiums Stams (Mädcheninternat). Den Stadel gibt es nicht mehr (heute Parkplatz)
